Denge Mehtap 7

The project, which is called Denge Mehtap 7, is built by Denge Insaat Mimarlik and it is located in Kadikoy. The project functions as an urban transformation project; hence it aims to renew the face of the neighborhood with improved technological, urban and architectural features. Some of these features are an elevator, CCTV monitoring by the security personnel who are on duty 24/7, and a controlled entrance. Also, the units are equipped with built-in white goods and central heating along with heat cost allocators. The structure includes an underground parking lot beneath the entrance level; hence the parking problem is solved for the residents of Denge Mehtap 7.

The project consists of 16 residential units with a 3-bedroom design. Since all of the units include three bedrooms and one living room, their unit areas are also very similar to one another and range between 124 and 138 sqm. The entire project is built upon a 2816 sqm land area. The construction of the project was finalized in mid-2016 and since then the units have been delivered to their new owners.
