Kaya Apartmani

The Kaya Apartmani project is built by Vien Insaat in the district of Kadikoy. Kadikoy is known as the cultural center of the Anatolian side of Istanbul, similar to Taksim or Besiktas on the European side. The project is situated in the Saskinbakkal neighborhood of Kadikoy, which is known for its historical background and rich demographic structure. The project consists of 30 residential units built upon a 1.600 sqm land area in total. The project offers 3+1 and 4+1 units to its prospective customers; the units have areas varying between 114 and 150 sqm. The construction of the apartment building ended in December 2016 and since then the units have been delivered to their owners.
