Deniz Istanbul Marina Evleri

Deniz Istanbul Marina Evleri is the villa stage of Deniz Istanbul, a residential project by Kelesoglu Holding in the Marmara neighborhood of Beylikduzu, on the European side of Istanbul. It has 87 villas on its own plot of 64,500 sqm near the Yakuplu shore, close to West Istanbul Marina. The developer's site plan shows 21 pairs of twin villas and 45 detached villas.

The villas come in five types, with four or five bedrooms. The catalogue gives gross sizes of 533 sqm for a 4+1 twin villa, 619 sqm for a 4+1 detached villa and 669 to 715 sqm for the 5+1 detached villas. Kraft Mimarlik designed the houses with double-height columns, stone cladding and traditional roof tiles, and the developer describes sea views from their balconies and terraces. Residents of Deniz Istanbul are to share midclubs, a 13,000 sqm sports and social club planned in the middle of the development, with indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a gym and tennis and squash courts.
