Deniz Istanbul Sedef Konaklari

Deniz Istanbul Sedef Konaklari is a stage of Deniz Istanbul, a residential project by Kelesoglu Holding in the Marmara neighborhood of Beylikduzu, on the European side of Istanbul. It has 22 apartment blocks of 6 and 7 stories and 22 villas of 2 and 3 stories, and lies in the middle of the development, east of the midclubs sports club and north of the Marina Evleri villas. The blocks and villas have been completed.

The apartments have three or four bedrooms (3+1 and 4+1), and the villas four or six (4+1 and 6+1). The developer describes large balconies, a high share of landscaped ground and sea views, and presents the Sedef villas, with their wide gardens, as a continuation of the Marina Evleri concept. The stage has open and covered parking and 24-hour security, and Kraft Mimarlik is named as its architect. Residents of Deniz Istanbul are to share midclubs, a 13,000 sqm sports and social club planned in the middle of the development, with indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a gym and tennis and squash courts.
