Deniz Istanbul Marina Rezidans

Deniz Istanbul Marina Rezidans is a stage of Deniz Istanbul, the residential project by Kelesoglu Holding in the Marmara neighborhood of Beylikduzu, on the European side of Istanbul. It is the apartment stage nearest to West Istanbul Marina, on its own plot of 30,600 sqm at the southeastern corner of the development, and the developer says green space covers up to 70 percent of the site. The stage is made up of residence blocks and a few detached apartment blocks. The developer gives the walk to the marina as 2 minutes.

Apartments range from 187 to 338 sqm. The developer describes terraces facing the sea, wide gardens, duplex terraces and a limited number of detached apartments, with site management and 24-hour security. Residents of Deniz Istanbul are to share midclubs, a 13,000 sqm sports and social club planned in the middle of the development, with indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a gym and tennis and squash courts.
