Elysium Apartments Lale

Elysium Apartments Lale is located in the Etiler district of Besiktas in Istanbul. Etiler, being one of the prestigious, elite regions of the European side of Istanbul, stands close to districts like Bebek, Ulus, Ortakoy, Levent and Besiktas and to shopping centers such as Akmerkez, Kanyon, Ozdilek Park, Metrocity and Zorlu Center. That’s why the project is very near the main entertainment and commercial sites on the European side.

The Elysium Apartments Lale project of Ofton Insaat consists of 18 residential units in a single block of 5 floors, built upon a land area of 2.000 sqm. The project site is very near Nispetiye Avenue, which is the main transportation route that passes through the restaurants and stores in the famous Etiler neighborhood. The construction of the project was finalized in 2016 and the units were delivered to the residents by May 2016.

The main aspects of the project are built-in white goods, central heating, security control, controlled entrance, a storage tank, a storage area, a power generator and an underground parking lot, an elevator and “smart house” infrastructure. Also, extensive use of green space is inherent in Elysium Apartments Lale, as it is in other Elysium projects by Ofton Insaat.
