Favorist Gol Evleri

Favorist Gol Evleri, which the developer also calls Favorist Lake Houses, is a residential project by MG Gul Insaat in the Cakmakli neighborhood of Buyukcekmece, on the European side of Istanbul. It stands on Hadimkoy Yolu Caddesi beside the Metro wholesale market, near Buyukcekmece Lake. There are 253 apartments and 7 shops in four blocks: block D lines the road with the shops on its ground floor, and blocks A, B and C face a garden behind it. The four blocks have been built to full height, and the project is under construction.

The apartments range from 1+1 to 4+1. The developer's sales list gives gross sizes of about 70 to 91 sqm for a 1+1, 117 to 160 sqm for a 2+1, 147 to 183 sqm for a 3+1 and 193 sqm for a 4+1, and a ground-floor 1+1 with a garden measures about 61 sqm. Ground-floor 3+1 apartments have gardens, and some on the top floors have terraces. The garden has walking paths, gazebos, two outdoor swimming pools, a children's playground, a tennis court and two more sports courts. The developer also lists smart home systems and describes views of the lake and the Sea of Marmara.
