Feza Park

Feza Park is a gated compound of 22 detached villas in the Karaagac neighborhood of Buyukcekmece, on the European side of Istanbul. It stands on Aksaray Caddesi, just south of the O-3 (TEM) motorway, with farmland around it. The villas were built by Damga Konut Yapi under a flat-for-land agreement with Avrupakent GYO, the listed real estate investment trust that owns the land. Avrupakent GYO announced in May 2025 that the occupancy permits for the villas had been issued.

There are three villa designs, Villa Hayat, Villa Huzur and Villa Keyif, of about 423, 588 and 779 sqm gross. Each villa is on two levels and has a covered two-car garage, a wide wooden terrace, a private pool of about 50 sqm and a fire pit. Villa Hayat has four bedrooms, a winter garden, a study and a staff room. Villa Huzur adds a cinema room, a gym and a game room, and Villa Keyif, the largest, has six bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a gym, a multipurpose room and a laundry room. Landscaped walkways and a sports court lie between the villas, which are set along private internal roads.
