Gelecek Reflex

The Gelecek Reflex project, built by Gelecek Yapi, is based in Tuzla’s Aydinli region. The exterior design of the residential project resembles a conventional apartment style, but it incorporates 102 residential units within 2 blocks. Gelecek Yapi’s project offers two types of residence to the prospective residents of the complex, which are 1+1 and 2+1 options, and they also have varying areas per unit. The total construction area of the project is said to be 12 thousand sqm.

Some of the residential features and social facilities offered to the clients are an outdoor swimming pool, a sunbathing area, a walking track among the greenery shaped by landscape architecture and a sauna unit. These facilities ensure the well-being of the residents and provide them with an entertaining living environment. The units are furnished with shower cabins and include central heating, heat cost allocators and the option of balconies. Both of the blocks also have an elevator as a part of the structure.

The location of the project is central to Tuzla, only 3 minutes away from Tuzla Dockyard and 6 minutes’ walking distance away from Neomarin Shopping Center.
