Gold Life Tuzla

The Gold Life Tuzla project of Yedibey Gayrimenkul is based in Istanbul’s Tuzla district, which is known for its famous shipyard and its closeness to Sabanci University and Koc School. The residential project consists of 6 blocks that add up to 150 residential units, and the whole project is situated on a 7.595 sqm land area. That is why the project will provide housing for a large number of people, which is something that is not usually seen in the region.

Some of the features of Gold Life Tuzla are an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a spa center including a sauna and Turkish bath, a basketball court, a pond and walking track, an underground car park and a security guard. The security measures taken in the residence also include a controlled entrance and 24/7 CCTV monitoring. Other structural and in-unit features are an elevator, central heating, a balcony option for the units, a shower cabin and an ensuite bathroom. The use of greenery and green living space, combined with the tranquil presence of ponds and walking tracks, enables a living environment that is urban yet full of natural touches for the residents of the project.

The estimated delivery date of the units in Gold Life Tuzla was set as June 2019. The construction of the project has not yet been concluded.
