Huzurlu Marmara Gunesli is an urban transformation project of Huzurlu Insaat in Bagcilar – Gunesli. This living area rises behind Istanbul’s best transportation point. Huzurlu Marmara Gunesli consists of 4 blocks with 289 apartments and 12 commercial areas on a 56.000 sqm area. There are 2+1 and 3+1 apartments supplied by Huzurlu Insaat. 85 percent of the project is set aside for landscaping areas to provide more green areas to apartment owners.

There are 3 lifts, one of which is a freight elevator, along with high block entrances. 3 blocks consist of 3 + 1 apartments and 1 block of 2 + 1 apartments. The 3 + 1 apartments are 135 sqm gross, 97 sqm net; the 2 + 1 apartments are 118 sqm gross, 82 sqm net. The apartments are eligible for bank loans and the company has personalized payment plans. Huzurlu Marmara Gunesli is also the 1st urban transformation project in Bagcilar.
