G Rotana is a completed residential and commercial project by Rotana in Gunesli, Istanbul. It has 153 units, with 1+1 and 2+1 plans.
G Rotana rises in the Gunesli district on the European side of Istanbul with the cooperation of Rotana and Mar Yapi. The G Rotana project aims to bring 153 new residents together with their exceptional new homes in this exceptional project. These 153 residential units lie on a total land area of 7000 sqm. G Rotana’s single-block structure is designed as a high-rise residence and it reflects the spirit of the modern urban city.
It is thought that the project is one of Istanbul’s most praised residential structures. The colossal building also houses a wide variety of social activities, services and opportunities for its prospective clientele. Some of these are a fitness center, an indoor car park, a terrace garden and floor gardens, and a café and restaurant accompanied by an avenue that is designed as a shopping center. In this project, the commercial units are designed both as offices and as stores. Hence, many famous brands take their place in G Rotana too.
Thanks to its location, G Rotana is easy to reach by private vehicle and also by public transportation. The project is located at the crossroads of the O7 highway, right across from Mall of Istanbul. The surrounding region is rich in shopping avenues, hospitals and schools, including a university.
