Innovia Zekeriyakoy

Innovia Zekeriyakoy was announced in 2017 by Yesil GYO for Sariyer’s Zekeriyakoy region, as a residential project that would bring the green together with the urban landscape. It was planned with 40 independent residential units in the form of single houses, in 2+1 and 3+1 options, each with terrace gardens, and with garden and park areas in the shared social grounds. Pre-registrations were collected, but no sales or construction are known to have followed.

The plans included a children’s park and green playground, an extended garden and park landscape, a view of Belgrad Forest, a walking track integrated with nature, security staff available 24/7 and CCTV monitoring within the residential complex. Other planned features were verandas in each unit, a storage area, a storage tank, a power generator and a water boosting system.
