Kartal Wings

Through the cooperation of Umran Yapi and Amad Gayrimenkul Gelistirme, the Kartal Wings residences rise in the Kartal district on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. The Kartal Wings project was scheduled for delivery in April 2019. The project consists of 3 blocks, which contain 278 residential and 9 commercial units. With its unique design, Umran/Amad’s Kartal Wings also presents an 8.500 sqm area of green living space between the blocks.

The most favorable feature of the project is its view of the Marmara Sea and the islands. The transportation opportunities of the project are its closeness to main avenues, connection roads to highways and bridge roads. The project also connects directly to the Kadikoy – Sabiha Gokcen Airport metro line.

Besides, Kartal Wings offers a brand-new experience of luxurious residential life. The open-air swimming pool that overlooks the Marmara Sea, as depicted in the project’s simulations, is reminiscent of the infinity pools of 5-star hotels. Other social facilities include an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, indoor and outdoor car parks, a Turkish bath, a sauna, a restaurant and cafés, common recreational areas, basketball and tennis courts, a walking track, 24/7 security staff and camera watch, a controlled entrance and enhanced green living space. All in all, Kartal Wings offers many high-quality, in-demand options to its prospective residents.
