Catma Yapi’s latest housing project, called Seyir Istanbul, is located in the heart of Kartal, a district of rising value on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. The completed construction process has resulted in one of the most captivating residential projects of Kartal, in the Carsi neighborhood. The project consists of a land area of 5.000 sqm and 2 blocks. There are 92 residential units in the Seyir Istanbul project; these housing options come in 2+1 and 3+1 apartment types.

The social facilities, services and other opportunities inherent to the Seyir Istanbul project are also main factors in the residents’ choice of this project.
