Lania Residence

Lania Residence is a residential tower by Pinnacle Construction in the Mahmutbey neighborhood of Bagcilar, on the European side of Istanbul. It stands on Dilmenler Caddesi, opposite the Mahmutbey campus of Altinbas University, close to the junction of the Basin Ekspres road and the TEM motorway. The single block has 150 apartments on 15 floors above 6 shops, on a plot of 4,350 sqm, and handover was planned for October 2026.

There are 90 1+1, 46 2+1 and 14 3+1 apartments. Gross sizes, which include a share of the common areas, run from about 82 sqm for a 1+1 to about 183 sqm for a 3+1. The 3+1 and most 2+1 plans have a main bedroom with a dressing area and its own bathroom, and the first-floor homes have private gardens. The roof of the shop podium is laid out as a garden, and residents have a gym, a yoga studio, 24-hour security and indoor and outdoor parking.
