Venara Gunesli

Venara Gunesli is a residential project with shops by Inas Yapi in the Baglar neighborhood of Bagcilar, in the Gunesli area on the European side of Istanbul. Inas Yapi, part of the Ozen Group, builds it together with the Conoglu Group. It stands on Osmanpasa Caddesi next to Mimar Sinan station on the M9 metro line and has 211 apartments in two blocks, 12 commercial units of about 4,000 sqm in total at the entrance, and a covered car park for 252 cars. Construction is under way.

The apartments are 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1. The 1+1 apartments measure 70 to 75 sqm gross, the 2+1 apartments come in five layouts of 109 to 123 sqm with a second bathroom off the master bedroom, and the 3+1 apartments measure 151 sqm with two bathrooms and a separate WC. Every apartment has a balcony. Residents have an indoor swimming pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna and a fitness center, and outdoors there are lawns, gazebos, children's play areas and a basketball court. The site has 24-hour security and charging points for electric cars. The developer says the buildings stand on bored piles and a raft foundation and use C40 concrete.
