Luxera Nevbahar Life

Luxera Nevbahar Life is a residential project by Luxera GYO in the Kayabasi neighborhood of Basaksehir, in the Kayasehir area on the European side of Istanbul. The developer's plans also call it Luxera Nevbahar 2, and its completed Luxera Nevbahar lies about 650 meters to the northeast. The site covers 18,019 sqm on Ucurtma Sokak, north of the TEM motorway. Eight blocks of five to seven floors hold 193 apartments, with 14 shops and offices on the street side, and about 41,500 sqm of construction. Building began in 2023, and the developer has not announced a handover date.

The apartments are 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 plans of about 116 to 208 sqm gross. Every layout has two bathrooms, and the 3+1 and 4+1 homes add a laundry room. The blocks surround a landscaped courtyard with walking paths and playgrounds, and residents have an indoor swimming pool, a fitness room and a basketball court. The developer gives the drive to Basaksehir Cam and Sakura City Hospital as 7 minutes and to Kayasehir shopping mall as 10 minutes.
