Luxera Topkapi

Luxera Topkapi is a mixed-use project by Luxera GYO in the Maltepe neighborhood of Zeytinburnu, in the Topkapi area on the European side of Istanbul. It stands on a corner plot of 5,398 sqm at Davutpasa Caddesi and Sercekale Sokak, about 500 meters north of the E-5 highway. Two blocks of 13 floors hold 238 units in 1+1 and 2+1 plans and 17 shops, with about 29,100 sqm of construction. Under the building permits of June 2025, 144 of the 238 units carry a residential title and 94 an office title. The developer plans handover for the end of 2027.

The 1+1 apartments measure about 54 sqm gross and the 2+1 apartments 81 to 105 sqm, and the larger 2+1 plan has a separate kitchen and two bathrooms. Residents have an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center and a spa with a sauna, a Turkish bath and a steam room. The courtyard between the blocks is landscaped with a walking path and a children's play area, and shops and cafes line the street front. The developer plans a parking space for each unit.
