Ncadde Ates Corner

Ncadde Ates Corner is designed as a brand new life concept for university students and the academic community. It is located next to Esenyurt University.

Ncadde Ates Corner is located on Dogan Arasli Street in Esenyurt and is constructed on a 7.161 sqm land area with 300 apartments and 18 commercial units in one block. There are 1 + 0 and 1 + 1 apartment types, and each contains a student’s basic needs such as a bed, a work desk, a wardrobe, a bathroom, a toilet, an armchair and a safe for private items.
