NCity Esenyurt

The NCity Esenyurt project, which is constructed on a 15.000 sqm land area, offers a comfortable living area in the center of the city. The project is designed to improve the living standards of the residents with its lake view, which provides more peaceful and relaxing moments, and its green areas, which make up 65% of the land. NCity unites modern architecture with a wide range of designs and reflects modern life in the living areas. This way, it is not going to be just a residential project but a new way of living.

NCity Esenyurt includes 448 apartments and 7 commercial units and consists of 4 blocks with 15 floors. Other than the 65% green area and the lake view, it also includes a Turkish bath, shock pools, walking paths, running tracks and children's playgrounds. The apartments range from 1+1 types to 3+1 types.

The project is located very close to Istanbul University Avcilar Campus, Esenyurt Municipality, Esenyurt Public Hospital and the Avcilar metrobus line, being 5 kilometers away from them.
