Nef Nakkastepe

Nef has picked the Kuzguncuk-Nakkastepe district of Uskudar, one of Istanbul's crown jewels, for its new housing project, Nef Nakkastepe. The Timur Gayrimenkul brand Nef, one of the top institutions in the housing business, has added a new one to the prestigious locations where its new projects will be executed. Nef picked Uskudar's Kuzguncuk-Nakkastepe district, one of Istanbul's best areas, for its new home project.

Nef Nakkastepe is the name of Nef's new project in Kuzguncuk. The project, which gives flat owners a modern and natural life in the midst of greenery, not only provides the option to live in the heart of the city but also provides a very profitable investment potential owing to its position.

Timur Gayrimenkul adds a new project to the Nef projects while continuing with new ones without slowing down. The project's name was Nef Reserve Nakkastepe, and it was supposed to be completed at the Uskudar Kuzguncuk site. The Nef Reserve Nakkastepe project introduces purchasers to the folding "Foldhome" idea featured in Nef developments. The idea, which translates as "folding house," is characterized as creating rooms that homeowners want but cannot fit into their homes and incorporating them into the residences. The sale of the Nef Nakkastepe project, named after Kuzguncuk Mahallesi Nakkastepe, was set to start shortly.
