Nidya Tower Esenyurt

Nidya Tower Esenyurt is a residential project located on the European side of Istanbul, in Esenyurt district’s Bahcesehir neighborhood. Bahcesehir, known for other similar residential projects, is a center of living and work that recently began developing and has been attracting many investments. The Nidya Tower Esenyurt project consists of 422 residential units built upon a 7.428 sqm land area in total. This vast project aims to bring a new identity to the region. The delivery date of the units was set as December 2019.

Gur-Ay Insaat’s project Nidya Tower Esenyurt incorporates many facilities and services in order to make its residents’ living experience exclusive. The project has 3 blocks, one of which is a 43-floor tower and the other two are 4 and 8-floor blocks. The residential complex has facilities such as a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool on floor 16 also known as an “infinity pool”, an indoor car park, a security service, CCTV surveillance and controlled entrance, a sauna and other SPA facilities as well as lounge, reception café and restaurant quarters.
