Nanda Tower

Nanda Tower, first listed as NND 100 Tower by Nanda Yapi, is a single tower in Kartal with 220 apartments and 3 shops on a 5.708 sqm plot. It is now marketed by MARSEL Taahhut ve Insaat, a company with the same owners as DAAX Insaat, which describes the tower as ready to move into. In the project, 144 of the residential units are built as 1+1, while 48 of them are built as 2+1, 24 of them as 3+1 and 4 of them as penthouses. 3,000 sqm of the land area of the project has been allocated for the recreational areas, walking tracks, indoor and outdoor playgrounds and sports centers.

The residential units in the project are designed by Camoglu Mimarlik in such a way that each of them has a sea and island view.
