Optimum IQ Kartal

Optimum Yatirim Gelistirme’s newest project, Optimum IQ Kartal, is based on Istanbul’s Anatolian side, in the Kartal district. The reason behind the name of this project is that the residential/commercial project is located in such a central location of the city, fit for those “smart” residents and investors to make a “smart” purchase.

The residential project includes a single 21-floor tower and it will house 110 residential units as well as many commercial units. The units will differ from each other in their number of bedrooms and in their areas, which range between 68 and 138 sqm. The project faces many different neighboring residential projects in the area, such as Mesa Kartall and Mai Residence. Therefore, it can be concluded that Kartal has become one of the newest residential centers in Istanbul.

Urban standards definitely apply to Optimum IQ Kartal. The complex includes certain residential features and amenities that come in handy in the urban life of Istanbul. These features include outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a children’s playground and parks, a fitness center, a cafeteria and restaurant, a cinema and an underground car park. Many of these features are seen as smart solutions of new-age architects and designers.
