Onur Park Life Istanbul

Onur Park Life Istanbul has been constructed on a 46.800 sqm area in Esenyurt by Onur Insaat A.S. and Onur Cimento A.S. The completion date is set as June 2018. The project includes residential units, commercial units and a shopping center. The project has 3 stages, the first of which was scheduled for delivery in June 2018. The second was scheduled for June 2019 and the last for June 2020.

There are a lot of different social facilities to meet the demand coming especially from families with children, and also from individuals who want to have a nice apartment life and their guests who would like to enjoy the facilities, like 3 pools including a kiddy pool and indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a Turkish bath, a sauna, a tennis court, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a fitness center and a walking track. There is also a kindergarten where kids can enjoy daily life with games and a teacher hired by the management, for families in which both the father and the mother work. These are considered to meet the requirements for facilities that any family would probably like to see around home.

As for location and investment purposes, Onur Park Life is very close to central places like airports, hospitals, shopping malls, supermarkets and sports centers and to famous places like Taksim, Sultanahmet (Blue Mosque), Eminonu and Uskudar. Therefore, the location is so beautiful that, for investment purposes, it will be one of the best options for clients.
