Paradise Gunesli

The Paradise Gunesli project of Yeditepe Insaat rises in the Bagcilar – Gunesli district of Istanbul’s European side. The project consists of 285 units and covers a land area of 8700 sqm. There are two types of residential units available for the residents, which are 2+1 and 3+1 types. The area per unit ranges between 110 and 130 sqm. The units have been delivered to the residents since November 2017.

Paradise Gunesli’s architectural design has been carried out by Camoglu Mimarlik. The design has attracted a great deal of attention from both investors and prospective clients. There are 4 residential blocks in this project, with an outdoor swimming pool in the middle. The parks and gardens in Paradise Gunesli create a paradise-like state at the center of the city. Hence, the green living space has been used extensively in the project.

Some of the residential services and features present in Paradise Gunesli can be listed as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a children’s playground and park, a gazebo, an underground car park, an elevator and lobby, a reception service, intercom systems, controlled entrance, security staff, central heating and green landscape architecture.
