Referans Pendik

Referans Pendik is a low-rise residential project by Kiler GYO in the Dumlupinar neighborhood of Pendik, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It is built on land of Iller Bankasi under a revenue-sharing contract. The project covers about 90,050 sqm on two plots: the residential plot of 78,620 sqm holds 45 blocks, eight of them detached houses, with 686 homes and 32 shops, and two office blocks stand on a separate plot on Tevfik Ileri Caddesi. The site is on a slope above the D-100 highway, and Tavsantepe station on the M4 metro line is next to it.

Most homes are 2+1 apartments of 84 to 117 sqm, followed by 3+1 apartments of 131 to 164 sqm and 4+1 apartments of 179 to 191 sqm, with smaller numbers of 2.5+1 and 3.5+1 units. Garden-floor apartments have private gardens, and every apartment has a space in the covered car park. About 35,000 sqm is set aside for landscaping, with a pond, walking and cycling paths and play areas. The social facilities include a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a steam room. Construction is under way, with no handover date announced.
