Selin Evleri

Built by Senka Insaat in Istanbul’s Esenyurt district, on the Beylikduzu border, the Selin Evleri project consists of 240 residential units built across a land area of 20,746 sqm. Selin Evleri offers its residents a peaceful and convenient lifestyle combined with the opportunities of residential culture and various social facilities.

The project offers many social facilities and services to prospective clients. A swimming pool, a fitness center, a recreational area, extensive use of green living space, a café and restaurant, a steam room and other wellness units, tennis and basketball courts, an indoor car park and a children’s playground are only some of these opportunities. Hence, the Selin Evleri project succeeds in addressing various groups of families within one single project.

The residential project is located in Esenyurt, close to Beylikduzu. Its closeness to public transportation attracts the attention of clients; the availability of many IETT bus stops in nearby avenues and Beylikduzu metrobus station suggests easy transportation to and from the project area. Also, close proximity to highways like the D100 and E80 creates an advantage for residents who drive and helps them escape from inner-city traffic jams.
