Suadiye Sahil Sitesi

Built by Teknik Yapi in the Kadikoy district of Istanbul’s Anatolian side, the project Suadiye Sahil Sitesi is a residential project. Teknik Yapi’s residence incorporates 19 residential units built upon a multiple-block structure that covers a land area of 10.200 sqm. The residence has only 3+1 type residences with a 335 sqm area per unit. The construction of the project ended in December 2017, and since then the delivery of the units has been under way.

Teknik Yapi’s Suadiye Sahil Sitesi project has various social facilities and residential services inherent to the project. These aspects can be listed as outdoor and indoor swimming pools for adults, a children’s swimming pool, a children’s playground and recreational park, a fitness center, spa quarters including a Turkish bath and sauna, a sunbathing terrace and a central satellite system. The project’s underground parking lot enables the elimination of the parking problem and ensures the safety of the vehicles. The entrance controlled by trained security personnel and the CCTV watch create a safe and secure living environment for the residents. Also, the units overlook the Marmara Sea and its islands, which constitutes an incredible landscape view.
