TEM 34

TEM 34 is completed by a consortium that consists of Akyapi, Esbah Yapi and Nil Yapi in Esenyurt, which shines as an industrial hub for Istanbul. The project, designed as an industrial complex, has a 200.000 sqm enclosed area to meet all the needs of production and storage companies. The areas range from 500 m2 to 25.000 sqm for production and storage while providing an efficient business atmosphere. Moreover, the production and storage can be adjusted according to the demands.

Storey heights vary from 7 m to 10 m and the apartments can be fitted with a mezzanine to increase the available area. In the project, there are open parking lots on the terrace. In addition to this, there will be special parking spaces and technical volume areas in all independent sections. The project will also provide access to all terraces and other floors via elevators.

Each of the independent divisions has special 4.7 meter high industrial gates that speed up your entry and exit. The 13 meter wide roads and 9-10 meter column spacing make it easy to switch and maneuver your trucks. At TEM 34 there are separate entrances for each floor so that the trucks can enter and exit freely. In TEM 34, the 80x80 cm shaft space in each independent unit and the air circulation provided in the corridors provide a comfortable working environment. The project, with heavy cargo capacity, is equipped with a high energy infrastructure of 180 kVA and a maximum efficiency of 1.000 square meters.
