Wish Istanbul is constructed by Safak Insaat on a 14.659 sqm land area, with 792 units in two blocks. It is located in Esenyurt. Wish Istanbul has 696 apartments and 44 commercial estates. There are 1 + 0, 1 + 1, 2 + 1, 3 + 1 and 3 + 1 duplex residences in one of the blocks and the other block serves as a hotel with the name of Metropolitan Tower. Due to its level, the apartments have a view of Buyukcekmece, the Marmara Sea or Kucukcekmece.

The project offers residence services to the apartment owners.
