Ada Yapi Bulgurlu

Ada Yapi Bulgurlu is a mixed-use project by Ada Yapi on Bulgurlu Caddesi in Uskudar, on the Asian side of Istanbul, across from Bulgurlu station on the M5 metro line. It has 99 apartments and 35 commercial units, with 38,000 sqm of construction.

Plans are 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1, with garden and roof duplexes, and ceilings of 3 metres. Residents have two gyms, a cafeteria, a landscaped garden of 1,000 sqm with a walking path and a playground, and covered parking with charging points for electric cars. The shops form an arcade at street level. The developer gives the distance to Camlica Tower as 1.9 km and to the 15 July Martyrs Bridge as 5 km.
