IV Kandilli

IV Kandilli is a residential project by Savur GYO in the Kandilli area of Uskudar, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It stands on Asma Sokak in the Kucuksu neighborhood, next to the Kandilli Observatory. The project has 96 homes in 4 low-rise blocks, each with 4 basement floors, a ground floor, 4 upper floors and a roof floor, and about 24,528 sqm of construction in total.

The homes are 2+1 and 3+1 apartments, together with 3+1 and 4+1 duplexes on the garden and roof floors, from 123 sqm to 392 sqm. Garden-floor homes have private gardens, every roof floor has a jacuzzi, and all homes have balconies. Car traffic inside the site is kept underground in a closed car park, and the gardens are laid out with water channels, pergolas and a fire pit. Shared facilities include outdoor and indoor pools, a sauna and steam room, a gym, a pilates studio, a hammam, a basketball court, a restaurant and cafe, a children's play area and an open-air cinema. The homes have a smart home system, underfloor heating and VRV cooling.
