Bahce Bahcesehir

Bahce Bahcesehir is a residential project by Mutlu Insaat in the Bahcesehir 2. Kisim neighborhood of Basaksehir, on the European side of Istanbul. It has 360 apartments and 14 villas in low-rise blocks, with 62,112 sqm of construction and 39,850 sqm of landscaped grounds, and Turgut Ozal Bulvari runs along one side of the site. The project is being built in two stages: the developer plans to hand over the first in December 2026 and the second in December 2027.

The apartments range from 1+1 to 4+1 and include 4+1 duplexes, while the villas are 4+1 homes with their own gardens. On the developer's plans, gross sizes run from about 72 sqm for a 1+1 to about 174 sqm for a 3+1, and a villa is about 228 sqm. Shared facilities include an indoor swimming pool, a spa, a Turkish bath, a gym, walking paths, sports areas and children's playgrounds. There is open and covered parking with at least one space for each apartment, and every home has underfloor heating that can be set room by room.
