Emlak Konut Vadi Evleri 2. Etap

Emlak Konut Vadi Evleri 2. Etap is the second stage of Emlak Konut Vadi Evleri, a residential project by Emlak Konut GYO in the Bahcesehir 2. Kisim neighborhood of Basaksehir, on the European side of Istanbul, in the area marketed as Bahcekent. It has 387 homes and 3 shops in 43 blocks of 5 stories, one of them 6, on a 70,752 sqm plot just north of the first stage, near the Hosdere Millet Bahcesi public garden. The stage was completed in 2025, with occupancy permits issued in February.

The mix is 40 2+1, 184 3+1, 143 4+1 and 20 5+1 apartments. Gross sizes, balconies included, run from about 112 sqm for a 2+1 to about 240 sqm for a 4+1. The 5+1 homes have a terrace of about 168 sqm and about 429 sqm gross with it. The sloping plot gives many flats their own garden, and upper flats have wide balconies and terraces. A social facility has an indoor pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna and a fitness room, and the site has walking paths, playgrounds, landscaped areas, parking and 24-hour security. Yildizlar Insaat built the stage under a turnkey contract.
