Sylvana Istanbul

Sylvana Istanbul is a townhouse project by Reportage Turkiye in Bahcesehir, in the Basaksehir district on the European side of Istanbul. It has 232 villas on 44,000 sqm of land, in a low-rise layout with Italian-style architecture. The developer lists it among its ongoing projects: it reported construction as 95% complete in April 2026 and has posted monthly site updates since then.

All homes are 4+1 villas on a basement, a ground floor and two upper floors, with about 179 sqm of gross indoor space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony, and the basement is left as a flexible hobby room. Every villa has a private back garden and its own parking space, and with these and the balconies the gross area for sale runs from about 238 to 483 sqm. Shared areas include children's playgrounds, a basketball court, sports and social facilities, a barbecue area and outdoor chess and table tennis, with charging points for electric cars and 24-hour security with controlled entry. The developer gives the drive to Bahcesehir train station as 10 minutes and to Istanbul Airport as 30 minutes.
