Emlak Konut Vadi Evleri is a residential project by Emlak Konut GYO in the Bahcesehir 2. Kisim neighborhood of Basaksehir, on the European side of Istanbul, in the area marketed as Bahcekent. It has 547 homes and 5 shops in 66 blocks on a 94,553 sqm plot beside the Hosdere Millet Bahcesi public garden. The blocks range from 3-story villas and row houses to apartment buildings of 5 and 7 stories, and the project was completed in 2025.

The mix is 130 2+1, 230 3+1, 56 3+1 duplex, 46 4+1, 22 4+1 duplex and 12 5+1 homes, plus 14 3+1 and 37 4+1 villas. Gross sizes, balconies included, run from about 128 sqm for a 2+1 to about 280 sqm for a 5+1 apartment, and up to about 380 sqm for a detached 4+1 villa. Many homes have their own garden. The social facilities include a fitness room, a sauna and a swimming pool, and the site has 24-hour security and car parks. Guryapi Restorasyon built the project under a turnkey contract.
