Batisehir

Another attention-capturing project by Ege Yapi, called Batisehir, rises in the Bagcilar region. The project covers a land area of 165.000 sqm in total, which signifies the largeness of the complex and the living spaces. The Batisehir project consists of 3148 residential units, arranged in 4 blocks which are interconnected. There will be 40 different types of residence units provided for the customers’ choice.

The project also offers a large variety of social facilities to its residents. There are many outdoor swimming pools, sports courts for basketball, tennis and mini golf, a SPA center including a Turkish bath and sauna, a fitness center, a cafeteria, ponds and reflecting pools, a children’s park, a walking track and other outdoor recreational spaces. Apart from the social facilities, the Batisehir project offers the clients many services to make their lives convenient and luxurious, such as reception, concierge, valet parking, a security service on watch 24/7, CCTV monitoring, controlled entrance, dry cleaning, a coiffeur, a marketplace, a storage area and an outdoor car park. All in all, the project serves many necessities of the urbanized lifestyle of its prospective residents.

At BatiSehir, Ege Yapi also developed The Superior Living BatiSehir, a residence building for short and long stays that was delivered in 2016, with 34.000 sqm of construction area. Ege Yapi runs its residence services, such as reception and bellboy, and owners can either use these services themselves or have their units let through Ege Yapi.
