Bizim Evler Ardicli was announced in 2017 for Istanbul’s Esenyurt district by Ihlas Holding in cooperation with Gulle Entegre Yapi. It was planned with a total of 275 residential and 18 commercial units, in 3 residence blocks and 1 commercial block reserved for offices. The construction area was set as approximately 75 thousand sqm and the living area as 26.575 sqm, and the units had been scheduled for delivery by December 2019. Ihlas gave up the project before construction and turned to another project, Marmara Evleri 4.
The plans listed swimming pools, an underground parking lot, a 24/7 security watch, CCTV control and a controlled entrance to the residential site. Each unit was to include built-in white goods and a central heating boiler, and the complex a power generator, a storage tank and a water boosting system.
