Empire Istanbul

Empire Istanbul is a project built by Mert Holding in the Esenyurt district on the European side of Istanbul. The single block is designed as a tower with 40 floors and is one of the tallest buildings in Istanbul. The project incorporates residential, home-office and office units. The first 5 floors of the project are reserved for stores, other shops and offices, and the following 35 are designed as residential quarters. There are 450 residence, office and home-office units in the single tower. The residences come in 3 types, varying according to their number of bedrooms.

The social amenities and opportunities available in Empire Istanbul are countless. The project includes many social facilities and residential services in order to enhance the living standards of its residents. These opportunities include a fitness center, underground and outdoor parking lots, a children’s playground, a café and restaurants, security staff available 24/7 with CCTV monitoring, controlled entrance to the building, a view of the Marmara Sea, a viewing terrace, penthouses, central heating, an elevator, a storage tank and a power generator, as well as regular safety procedures.
