Dudullu Ticarethane

Dudullu Ticarethane is a commercial project by Akyapi in the Dudullu OSB neighborhood of Umraniye, inside the Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone on the Asian side of Istanbul. It has 555 workshop units in 3 blocks, with 309,602 sqm of construction, designed for production, storage, logistics and distribution. The developer's catalogue gives the floor area of A block as 148,417 sqm, B block as 90,441 sqm and C block as 70,742 sqm.

Units on the same floor can be joined into spaces of up to 32,000 sqm, and the plans published for C block list single units of about 140 to 1,280 sqm gross. Trucks can reach every floor, the floor height is 8 meters, and wide column spacing leaves room for vehicles to circulate within the parcel. Each unit has its own open working and loading area, a mezzanine and a service shaft to the technical areas on the roof, where the parking is also placed. Shared spaces include meeting rooms, a fitness area, a game room and a prayer room, and the site has a generator, a shelter, storage, and security cameras and staff around the clock. The developer gives the distance to the TEM motorway as 2 km and to Haydarpasa Port as 18 km.
