Sinpas Boulevard Finans Sehir

Sinpas Boulevard Finans Sehir is a residential and commercial project by Sinpas GYO in the Finanskent neighborhood of Umraniye, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It is a separate, smaller project on its own 6,060 sqm parcel at the eastern edge of the Sinpas Finans Sehir development, near the Istanbul Financial Center. It has 134 apartments and 11 commercial units in 4 blocks, with 16,014 sqm of construction.

A block has 42 apartments on a ground floor and 5 upper floors, and B block has 92 apartments on a ground floor and 12 upper floors, each over a basement level. C and D blocks are ground-floor buildings with 6 and 5 offices or shops. Construction started in June 2023, and Sinpas GYO reported the project as 99% complete at the end of June 2026, with the handover of homes to buyers under way. The developer places the Finans Merkezi metro station within walking distance and gives the distance to the TEM motorway as 4 km and to Sabiha Gokcen Airport as 27 km.
