Limonlu Bahce Konaklari

Limonlu Bahce Konaklari is a residential project by Akyapi on Alemdag Caddesi in the Yamanevler neighborhood of Umraniye, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It was built with 509 apartments and 148 commercial units in 15 blocks, with 196,796 sqm of construction. Yamanevler station on the M5 metro line is at the front of the site, a public park, the Millet Bahcesi, lies beside it, and the developer places the Canpark shopping mall about 400 meters away.

The apartments are 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1. The developer's sample plans give gross areas of about 105 and 142 sqm for the two 2+1 types, 178 sqm for a 3+1 and 251 sqm for a 4+1. The blocks were set around a central garden with a pond, a lemon greenhouse and 67 plant species, plus children's play areas for different ages and paths for walking and cycling. Shared facilities include an indoor swimming pool, a gym, an indoor football pitch, a basketball court, a sauna, a steam room and a Turkish bath. A shopping street called Bascarsi runs along the ground floors, with a market, shops and cafes.
