Renova Evleri is a residential project by Ismailoglu Yapi in the Madenler neighborhood of Umraniye, on the Asian side of Istanbul, where Umraniye meets Cekmekoy. It was built on 4,869 sqm of land and has 140 apartments in 4 blocks of 9 stories.

The homes are 2+1 apartments of about 106 sqm gross and 3+1 apartments of about 146 sqm gross, with terrace duplexes on the top floors that come to about 261 sqm gross over two levels, terrace included.
