Dumankaya Flex Office was launched by Dumankaya Insaat in Esenyurt, on the Hosdere – Bahcesehir road at the entrance of Bahcesehir. It was planned as one block with 32 floors and 321 home offices: 1+1 offices of 40 sqm and 2+1 offices of 93 sqm. The project had an investment value of 100 million TL, and 64 percent of it was sold in its pre-sale period.
The offices were to be delivered in 2017. In 2016 the Dumankaya group was placed under the administration of the state deposit insurance fund (TMSF). Construction did not go ahead after that, and years later the buyers were still waiting for their units. No completion has been announced.
Akbati Shopping Center is 3 minutes away, and TUYAP Fair Center, Perlavista Shopping Center and Marmara Park Shopping Center are about 10 minutes away.
