Premista Residence

Premista Residence is completed by Adafen Insaat, known for their high-quality and comfortable projects since 2009. The project offers different types of flats, 2+1 and 3+1, with the option of an open kitchen. The flats are equipped with high-quality materials. Security is thoroughly thought out in the project; the doors are steel and there is 24-hour security with cameras. The entrance to the compound is checked by security. The houses have fire and smoke detectors and also automatic fire sprinklers. Outside, a nice landscape welcomes the residents with a garden and a park. The landscape includes 800 sqm of botanical garden to please the eyes of the residents while providing nice scents and fresh air. To spend nice, quality time, the residents can use the social facilities, while the kids go to play in the playground. The project is located in an area that is very rich in terms of facilities, with schools, markets, hospitals and restaurants, and is 2 minutes from the E5 highway.
