Elexia Topkapi was announced by Yesil GYO for Topkapi, which is one of the historical centers of Istanbul, with a view of the sea, the historical peninsula and the cityscape. It was planned with a total of 400 apartments from 1+1 to 3+1, together with offices and commercial areas: 25.000 sqm of the project was reserved for apartments, 20.000 sqm for offices and 5.000 sqm for commercial areas. Construction did not start, and the plot stayed empty.
The plans included a swimming pool, a kids’ pool, a security system, indoor parking lots, cafes, a sauna, a fitness center and a Turkish bath. The site is within walking distance of the metrobus station, the subway station and the tram station.
