Golyaka Istanbul

Golyaka Istanbul is a residential project in Golyaka, the new neighborhood that Emlak Konut GYO is building beside Lake Kucukcekmece in Avcilar. It is built by the Oz Er-Ka Insaat and Fortis Yapi partnership and has 795 apartments and 36 commercial units, most of them with a lake view.

The buildings are low-rise and stand on seismic isolators. Apartments range from 1+1 to 5+1, many with wide terraces or gardens, and every apartment has its own space in the covered car park. Shared facilities include an indoor pool, a gym, a pilates room, a steam room, a hammam and a sauna, with playgrounds and cycling and walking paths outside.
