Istanbul Istanbul is a residential project by Koray GYO in the Gokturk neighborhood of Eyupsultan, on the European side of Istanbul. Building began in 1999, and the first two stages have 204 homes on about 73,000 sqm, in Mediterranean and traditional Turkish styles, around a large pond with bridges and landscaped grounds. In 2002 the project won first place for residential development at the MIPIM awards, and it was a finalist in the ULI Awards of Excellence. Those homes were all sold by 2002.
The 3rd stage, now on sale, has 45 apartments in 2 blocks of a basement, a ground floor and 4 upper floors on 11,694 sqm, with a third building holding an indoor pool and a multipurpose hall. It shares the common and green areas of the older stages. The homes run from 3+1 to 7+1, with gross areas of about 165 to 472 sqm including balconies and terraces. Garden flats spread over three levels with a private garden, and the top floor homes are duplexes with terraces. In September 2026 the developer reported that this stage had reached completion and handover. The developer gives the drive to Maslak, Levent and Istanbul Airport as under 20 minutes.
Road distance, and the drive from an empty road to normal daytime traffic. Rush hour can take longer. Check the distance to any school, hospital or station on the Istanbul property map.
The nearest rail stop is Gokturk station on the M11 metro line, about 26 minutes on foot (2.1 km). By road, Istanbul Airport is about 18 km away and Sabiha Gokcen Airport about 78 km.
